This Order establishes the modalities of protection, removal or reconstruction of land survey stations. Registration and protection of land survey stations shall pertain to the competence of the authorized state institution. Land plot on which is located land survey station and strip of land 1 meter wide around it shall be considered protection area of land survey station. Owners of land areas where land survey stations are located must timely inform the competent authority of any damages to or unauthorized removal of land survey stations.

La presente Ley Orgánica reformatoria al Código Orgánico de organización territorial, autonomía y descentralización (COOTAD), respecto al ejercicio de las competencias para planificar, construir y mantener la infraestructura física y los equipamientos de los espacios públicos destinados al desarrollo social, cultural, educativo, de salud y deportivo.Asimismo, respecto a la conclusión del proceso de conformación de regiones, cuyo plazo máximo será de veinte años.

Article 12 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case of identification of a burial ground of victims of mass repressions local government must submit to the regional executive body application for insertion of this site having the characteristics of an object of cultural heritage for insertion in the state register, accompanied by the description of its historic and cultural value and mapping of the area”.

These Regulations amend the Cadastral Land Survey (Registration of Memorandum of Survey and Survey Report in Rodrigues) Regulations 2013 in regulation 3 with respect of ptrcedures for the registration and approval of a Memorandum of Survey and Survey Report. The Departmental Head shall endorse every memorandum or report of survey. Le présent décret régit les transactions immobilières privées (la vente, la cession gratuite ou l’échange d'un immeuble entre particuliers). Toute transaction immobilière d’un immeuble ne peut faire l'objet de transaction par parcelles qu'après un lotissement approuve conformément à la règlementation en vigueur. Toute personne privée désirant entreprendre une transaction immobilière saisit le service départemental du cadastre territorialement compétent d'une demande de bornage de la parcelle concernée.

This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of performance of municipal land control by local government. Municipal land control shall be conducted in the form of ordinary and extraordinary inspections of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. The subject of inspection shall be checking data and information contained in the documentation related to land tenure. The scope of inspection shall be to control compliance by land tenant with compulsory legislative requirements related to land tenure with a view of prevention and suppression of unauthorized transactions with land.

This Regional Law regulates relations originating in the sphere of conservation, management, promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage of regional significance. Identified objects of cultural heritage shall be subject to mandatory state registration. Establishment and mapping of the boundaries of land areas containing objects of cultural heritage and land-use planning within the boundaries of the aforesaid areas, and special regime of land tenure shall be validated by the Regional Government.

La presente Ley oficializa el sistema de cuadrículas mineras con coordenadas referidas al Sistema Geodésico Horizontal Oficial (WGS84), con base en la Red Geodésica Geocéntrica Nacional (REGGEN), la misma que se sustenta en el Sistema de Referencia Geocéntrico para las Américas (SIRGAS).

El presente Decreto Supremo modifica el Reglamento del Registro Nacional de Profesionales y Técnicos de Demarcación Territorial, respecto al tipo de profesionales y técnicos que comprenderá en el libro de profesionales a abogados, administradores, arquitectos, Eeconomistas, geógrafos, ingenieros geógrafos y sociólogos, y respecto a los objetivos de la capacitación de los mismos.
