The Gambia Bureau of Statistics (GBOS) is a government department under the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs responsible for the collection, analysis and dissemination of statistical data. A recent review of our activities has confirmed the need to create appropriate strategies, tools and channels in order to disseminate our results to our stakeholders – from staff, directors and policy makers, to the general public.
The Made in China Journal is an open access quarterly on Chinese labour, civil society, and rights. In recent years, the Chinese labour movement has witnessed significant developments, not only with the occurrence of some of the largest strikes in decades but also the emergence of increasingly serious challenges for workers and activists. The geographic focus covers the enlarging EU, transition regions of Central, Eastern and South Eastern Europe, as well as Central and Eastern Asia.
O departamento de Economia e Planejamento Econômico (DEPE), do Instituto de Filosofia e Ciências Humanas (IFCH) da Unicamp iniciou suas atividades em 1968, com cursos de economia e planejamento econômico em nível de pós-graduação. Considera-se essa a data de nascimento do IE/Unicamp. O curso de graduação em Ciências Econômicas começa em 1970 e o Mestrado e o Doutorado em economia foram formalmente implementados ao longo daquela década (1974 e 1977, respectivamente).
Economia e Sociedade tem por objetivo contribuir para o desenvolvimento da reflexão crítica em temas de amplo interesse nas áreas de teoria econômica, economia aplicada, história do pensamento econômico e história econômica. Desde sua criação, em 1992, a revista acolhe a produção heterodoxa inspirada, sobretudo, pelas tradições de Marx, Keynes, Kalecki e Schumpeter, bem como pela reflexão latino-americana sobre desenvolvimento econômico.
