This Regional Law establishes the modalities of allotment of public land and land of undelimited ownership in urban area to housing construction cooperatives. Transfer of land shall be performed by the authorized regional state executive body in the sphere of land management. Regional Government shall define categories of citizens that can be inserted in the lists of housing construction cooperatives subject to allotment of public land and land of undelimited ownership in urban area. The aforesaid land plots shall be allotted to cooperatives once-only for land tenure on condition of use for limited period of time free of charge. Decision of state body for land allotment shall specify: (a) land characteristics (land area, cadastre number, and location); (b) period of time of use of land plot; and (c) term of conclusion of contract for allotment of land for limited period of time free of charge.
