El presente Acuerdo señala los casos especiales en los cuales se autoriza el fraccionamiento de predios rurales en el país en extensiones inferiores a las áreas de la Unidad Agrícola Familiar determinada por el Incoder para la respectiva zona.

The present Law implements and completes the Federal Agriculture Act of 29 April 1998. The purpose of the present Law is to promote and improve the agriculture, including alpine economy, as well as to create a favourable framework for its sustainable development.
