The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

An Act relating to the law of succession.
This Act concerns succession and related matters such as the administration of estates of deceased persons. It provides, among other things, for: the among and execution of wills, devolution of estates, distribution on intestacy and grant of representation. The Act also establishes the officer of the Administrator General and defines its functions and powers.
Bayerische Bauordnung (BayBO).
The present Ordinance applies to buildings and building products. Furthermore, the Ordinance also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Ordinance. These Regulations make provision for the manner in which applications for planning permission, for approvals required by a condition imposed on a grant of planning permission in principle and for certificates of lawful use and development under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 are to be made.
El presente Reglamento sobre valores guía en suelos para descontaminación de sitios afectados por emergencias ambientales y derrames, tiene por objeto establecer el listado de sustancias químicas y los valores guía a partir de los cuales se podrían provocar alteraciones perjudiciales a la calidad del suelo, a fin de evitar daños a la salud pública y al ambiente, así como establecer los procedimientos administrativos para la gestión del riesgo en casos de contaminación de suelo y medios con los que éste tenga contacto.
La presente Resolución establece los lineamientos para el informe de lotes, adoptando el Formato de informe de predios aptos para el desarrollo de programas de vivienda de interés prioritaria.
